Lead Cake Engineer

Pastry has always been a passion of mine. From a young age, I knew one day I would work in a high-end pastry shop. I worked at several small bakeries before graduating from The French Pastry School in Chicago in 2013. Shortly after, I began working at For Goodness Cakes as a decorator. I never imagined I would end up learning so much in such a short amount of time.
I now work as the Creative Sales Director where I help brides create their dream wedding cake. I love being able to see the creative process through from beginning to end. Seeing clients with a smile on their face after seeing and tasting our cakes is the best!
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my fiancé and our twin babies, scouring Pinterest, and exploring new places!
