Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
Cancellation Policy (Wedding Cakes):
Upon the order of the wedding/groom’s cake, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the cakes is due upon signature of contract. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable if the contract is cancelled by the Customer. The balance of the cake(s) must be paid in full three (3) weeks prior to the scheduled delivery date. FGC has the right to cancel this contract if the Customer does not make timely payments. If FGC cancels this agreement for lack of timely payment(s), FGC may retain such money as has been paid as liquidated damages. If Customer cancels the contract after the final payment has been made, the Customer will not receive any refund.
Cancellation Policy (Retail Cakes):
Changes and cancellations to retail orders are accepted until 72 hours prior to scheduled pick up time. No refunds will be provided for orders that are cancelled with less than 72 hours notice. All cancellation refunds are subject to a 10% fee: For Goodness Cakes will retain 10% of the price of the cake to cover costs incurred to initiate your order.
